
Ingredients:
- Ceremonial Cacao Kit
- 230 ml water per cube
- Any dried flowers you have handy can be a tea
Process:
Bring the water to boil add all the spices except red chilly if provided cut it and add it as per your preference, if not included int the kit you can add chilly flakes. Roughly crush cardamom before adding. Add any dried flowers if you have at this point. Turn your heat source to low let the spices infuse just like any tea for 5 mins. Now add cacao cubes to it let it melt on low heat. Add any sweetener as desired after Cacao is melted, we recommend honey, palm sugar or brown sugar.
The below step is optional but highly recommended.
Take an immersion grinder and grind the solution while on the heat for 2 mins, if you don’t have one you can use whisk or hand frother. This gives nice frothy and foamy texture to the dink and makes it feel like milk.
Serve hot.
Note: If you notice any white spots or patches on the chocolate, It is a natural phenomena of an untampered chocolate, It is 100% safe to consume please do not discard. We do not tamper the cacao for easy melting purpose. The spots you might notice are the cacao butter and not mold of any kind.
